Not completely satisfied with your ordered items? No worries! If you follow these steps within 14 days, we’ll make sure you get a refund.

        1. First, check if the item(s) are in their original condition, including the attached tags.

        2. Secondly, send us an e-mail at Then we’ll know a package is on its way and we can deal with it
            as soon as possible. From the moment we receive your e-mail, the 14 days- period starts.
            This is also the period we use for your refund.

        3. Fill in the returnform that you received with your order and put it with the rest of the package. Send the package to:

*The costs involved in returning an order are always at your own expense. Also, when delivered outside the Netherlands,  the costs involved to send the original order/package to you are non-refundable.

New or Exchange ORDER

 Did you sent back an item of which you’d wish you had a different size/colour?  Again, no worries! Follow these steps to put in a new order and we’ll make sure you get the exact item you want!

         1. Firstly, follow the 1-5 steps above for returning the item you want to exchange.   

         2. Then visit our webshop and place a new order. This way you make sure the item or size you want to exchange
             for will not be sold out.
